Senior Care Authority™ makes the process of navigating the complex senior care and senior living system go smoother and easier by saving you time, money, and added stress. Senior Care Authority™ offers two services: Senior Living Placement and ElderCare Consulting. Through our personalized assistance and guidance reviewing short-term and long-term care options, we follow three-step process:

1. The Assessment

Rather than just giving you the names and contact numbers of every provider in the area and adding to your stress level, your Senior Care Advisor will complete assessments both on the telephone and in-person. We will then review your loved one's needs based on several important factors and match them with the various options. We know the options, whether independent living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, in-home care services or simply planning for the future, we will help you make the best decisions for your loved one. 

2. Care Planning and Tours

After we complete our assessment, we determine how we can best serve you: in our Senior Living Placement program or as a consulting client. With each service, we will develop an individualized plan, support you every step of the way and will advocate for your loved one's best interest alongside you. When recommended senior living residences, we escort you to the highest rated care communities that meet your geographical, financial and care needs. 

3. Ongoing Support

We will follow up with you and your loved one to ensure everything is going as smoothly as possible. If their care needs ever change or a new issue arises, we are always available to answer any questions that you might have.
